Week-one coaching emails

If you join the ModDog waitlist after seeing our week-one coaching email disclosure, receive access, and begin using ModDog for training, your membership may include a limited sequence of email follow-ups from Steve, Lana, or the ModDog training team. These messages provide training guidance, practice reminders, and check-ins related to your use of ModDog. The sequence is limited to the first seven days of training unless you ask us to stop sooner.

You may unsubscribe from these coaching emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email. You may also manage the preference through your ModDog account when that control is available. Unsubscribing from the coaching sequence does not cancel your account or prevent you from using ModDog. We may still send messages necessary to operate, secure, or administer your account, such as sign-in, security, or material service notices, where permitted by law.

The week-one coaching email authorization does not authorize unrelated advertising, discounts, cross-selling, referral promotions, or an ongoing marketing newsletter. If ModDog offers a separate marketing email program, it will be presented separately and governed by the disclosures and choices applicable to that program.

Replies to coaching emails may be reviewed by Steve or other authorized members of the ModDog team to provide training support and improve the service. Do not use email to report an emergency. ModDog does not provide veterinary care, diagnosis, or emergency services. Contact a veterinarian or local emergency provider when appropriate.
